Technology Licensing
As a member of the Dispatch Ecosystem, Fish Dispatch, USA has jurisdiction of licensing of products that use the Dispatch patented "System and Methods for Tasking, Collecting, and Dispatching Information Reports" (US20130159330A1) within the sport fishing and maritime scientific environmental collection domains. Please reach out to us directly (licensing@FishDispatch.com) if you are unsure whether you have deployed a product that infringes upon this patent. We offer very reasonable licensing terms and provide discounts for non-profit organizations.
Software Re-Seller and Software Inspections
As a service to our US based government maritime customers (e.g., DoD, Coast Guard, NOAA/National Marine Fisheries Service, etc.) that require that their software and hardware be purchased directly from US companies, Fish Dispatch cooperates with outside vendors to transfer licenses. One particular example is with the Canadian based unityJDBC product (see below). If you need re-seller services for other products not currently on our re-seller's list please let us know. Software Inspections
Fish Dispatch provides tailored re-compilation services for software products that you may want to inspect before deploying into your critical operations infrastructure. Several of our customers have Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) requirements. We are here to personally inspect code for malware and other potentially dangerous viruses before re-packaging that software for your environment. All inspections and re-packaging of software is performed on network isolated servers to protect from any outside contamination. This work is typically done in cooperation with the Center for Innovation and Development ("CID") in Virginia's Northern Neck. Please reach out to us directly if you require these tailored services.
