2017 Ingram Bay Marina Bay Bash, August 12th, 2017
This tournament is being conducted by Ingram Bay Marina in Wicomico Church, VA. It follows the spirit of the Queen of the Bay tournament, but has a slightly different rule set (possibly an even better and an even more exciting format). The BAY BASH Family Fishing Tournament has been developed by Capt Billy Pipkin as an all-inclusive fishing event where both families and individuals, both serious and casual anglers, can come together for a good time and a great cause. This event "Brings the Fun back into Fishing" - where children fishing off of a pier or from the shore have as much opportunity of landing a prize as a speedy powerboat. This year's beneficiary is the White Stone Volunteer Fire Department.
Our 2017 Queen of the Bay will be crowned this year at the Bay Bash! The top female angler (by total specieas count) between the Lady, Special, and Youth divisions will be named 2017 Queen of the Bay and awarded the "Mary Boleyn" tiara in addition to other prizes being awarded by the Bay Bash. In case of a tie, the time of the last of your species checked in will break the tie.
